Got an appointment at 2 pm. Arrived here at 1:55. The machine didn't issue me a ticket cuz I didn't arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, though that wasn't mentioned in their notification email, that I should be here 15 minutes earlier. They said we'll fix this for u. So far it's almost Alaser prayer (3:15pm) and I'm here waiting.
