I am very impressed with this hotel. The room is huge, very clean and a good view. Location is excellent and staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely a must stay!

The worst hotel booking experience I faced ever with this property and agoda agent. For me It's not a matter of cleaning, price or furniture, this time had spent the hole day and night with my kids and wife waiting to check-in to my booked suite untill 11pm. There was unprofessional managment attitude from property and agoda company and I'll never try them both again. While they can't manage their guests bookings, even just now 1:00.am same officer callling me to ask about booking nights!!! Very strange.
