Very bad experience with one of the worker (Phillipines guy). I can't get over how rude that worker is. I asked him a brownie and intially he said no brownie available..then when I was asking about other icecreams posted there he was least intrested in answering. Another guy came from service room and said there is brownie available. He gave that ugly look and started preparing it without bothering to ask : which size I want and what flavours I want. I had stop him to tell my flavours. Moreover, I wanted a medium one and he made the large.

The only Baskin Robbins or desert place in Umluj City. Ice creams are great as usual. They also sell ice cream cakes. However when one ice cream flavor goes out of stock, it remains that way for days! The Saudi staff is professional whereas the other expat staff is unprofessional, rude and just hates assisting customers.

The shop is wonderful and the cream is excellent, especially the berries with vanilla, the Saudi seller is very respectful and knows the art of dealing with customers.
