Worst customer service ever.. The company is good but staff was very slow. I had to wait for at least half an hour to drop back the car!!!

Good company for rental car

Less than start, booked a car online, got there then unsurprisingly found closed, contacted the call centre, redirected me to another branch, they refused to give me a car telling me that all the car they have is going to the maintenance.

The worst customer service can ever pass you !! The person in charge of the branch received bad customers and was slow and when the car was delivered, I did not find anyone in the branch on Saturday at 10:45 am, although the working hours on Saturday are from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Also, they do not have a branch at the airport to drop off the car there before take off. The worst customer service you ever encounter !! The incharge of the branch has poor reception skills and very slow. I had to wait him to come on Saturday to drop the car at 10:45 am knowing that the working hours on Saturday are from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Also there is no branch in the airport to drop the car before departure.
