Meral Oasis Resort Taif

A very nice place for families.

First thing, when I booked through booking, I received a call from the hotel saying that they are having some issue with the network; so they asked me to transfer the money to their bank account directly. When I arrived there, I was told that the restaurant and the coffee shop are closed though this was very important feature. This was disappointing but I had to stay since I have already paid full amount. Also, I was told I have to pay extra SR 300 as an insurance (which I got it returned at check out). The other thing, when I got in my villa there was no electricity; I had to keep calling reception for 10 mins with no response (so I had to call the same mobile number I was contacted by before). Another thing, you have to park your car outside and go walking or ask for a golf car to take you to and from the villa. Cleanliness is average, place is not very clean, it is preferable to bring your stuff with you. Furniture is very old. In my 4 bedrooms villa, one bedroom is near to the swimming pool in the basement floor.

The best stay in Taif..super clean..spacious..well kept.. super friendly staff..owner roams around to great and treat guests..never seen such service in Taif..must stay

Excellent resort and facilities. Greenery and play grounds were fantastic. Ultra spacious villas each with 3 living rooms and a private heated pool. Yes pool is shallow but I cannot ask for more. Furniture is excellent and clean and not worn-out

Clean good service, mini market is there , heated pool, it could be 5stars if room service is more active
