On 15 December around 1pm, my husband and I went to the pharmacy to get some sore throat medication. There are 2 pharmacist at the counter whom my husband approached and greeted. They didn't acknowledged my husband but instead turn to another Egyptian lady who came later than us. The man was talking in Egyptian dialect with the old woman and totally disregard us. My hb left in a huff. I've seen my fair share of bad services but I've never seen blatant disregard, like he's looking through you. BTW, I'm sure he's not local because the locals we met are great. If this dude is not able to carry out his duty and would rather spent time chatting with his friend, then he should give up his position to someone who deserves it better. Disgusting attitude. I suggest you walk a little further and find small humble pharmacy rather than this overpriced rip-off which sells more self grooming product than medicines. Don't know what's the point of having a pharmacist when they only have an arm's length worth of medication display.

Today's story - i went to buy a medicine and waited for my turn. went to the pharmacist and did my salutation as human usually do but no response from the guy. I waited for him to acknowledge me but then a woman came from behind and went next to me and he immediately respond to her and dealt with her like I don't exist . He changed his position to the next side to talk to her So when we tried to get his attention,he ignored again and went to talk to his colleague (like no one is waiting for a service there) and when we walked I looked back and saw him looking to me with hands still in pockets like I don't care. But truly if he was in my country or otherwise I will directly go to his manager to deal with his stinking attitude

They dont even has basic medicines in their stock, they give preferece to arab people even if they came after you. Totally disrespectful behaviour. Seems like they dont take u as human being.

I brought while chair from Al Nahdi cost 500 SAR but the sales person was rude and unprofessional. She was busy with her cell phone.Please don’t allow your sales people to use cell phone while on duty. sales associates just ignore me because she was so busy with her cell phone. The store number is 02054 and my trans number is 102370. Sales person was African lady age 22-23. Please get read that sales lady.
