Nice hospital. All specialist available. Hospital Staff is very professional. I give 4 stars because of insurance people. They are worst. They don't understand English at all. They will just take papers from you and will make you wait for hours for nothing. And if you go and ask them, their only answer will be to wait.

Worst hospital in Makkah, cash counter staff doesn’t no Doctor’s timing that they will come or not and Doctor’s fees and tests fees was too much. -0 out of 5 ans i know my comments doesn’t matter for them.

Pediatric physiotherapy available here, I request to the parents who have special need kids who required ot/pt , MAKKAH MEDICAL CENTER has an dedicated trainer available to improve your Child ability to move.

If there is an option for zero star I will , waiting time for 3 hours to see a specialist and I do have an appointment. The worst service ever, I’d rather go to Jeddah any hospital there better than this one . Governmental hospitals way better than this one.worst experience ever,,,,,, what the hell there is a doctor watching a soccer game while patients are waiting ......unfreaking believable
