My first visit to the clinic after reading review about Emergency services . Although it’s very simple clinic Dr/Islam was one of the best as professional and diagnosis, fast services and very respectful team there. Nurse Samah is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with (Egyptian).

It was very good to have treatment in this hospital, it is clean, quickly and very organised. It has clever doctors that I dealt with in close like dr. Islam ElHagagy who was very decent, clever, helpful and so quick and I do really appreciate his work. And thank you for all of you guys and all your team.

Do not add a phone number if you are not planning to answer the calls. I have called you a thousand times and used all your extension numbers without any hope of picking up my call. What a waste of my precious time. Besides all of that, really bad manners. If I wanted to take an appointment with the minister himself; would have been much easier than taking an appointment with your doctors.

Comparatively, one of the old polyclinic in the Holy city of Makkah Al Mukaramma. Offered services and staff are fine. There is an outdoor pharmacy too. It is located on a prime location in Al Rusaifah, near Masjid Amira Ahmed and Harmain High Speed Train Station. Parking is most of the time an issue.
