We reserved 3 rooms. We got there 2 am in the morning after a 12 hour road trip. But when we got there, the receptionist said the hotel had given the rooms away. When we asked them why, they said other people asked for our reserved rooms so they gave the rooms away to them. That night our family of 8 slept in our car until 9 am when a room in a nearby hotel opened up. I have never witnessed such a blatant disregard for a time honored rule of simply reserving something. Honestly astounding. I don’t know how this hotel functions.
