No hot water, not enough electrical outlets ( in my room only one outlet and it's already used by the fridge!!) rooms are cramped and barely adequate, AC has a weird smell coming from it. Bedsheets are not firmly fixed to the mattresses, no room service or daily cleanup. The only positive is the convenient location, a 10 min walk to Al Haram and the abundance of stores on the way.

I visited first time this Hotel The Entrance Hotel is Good and The hotel was Neat and Clean The Benefit of this hotel is it's10 mintues walking way Distance to Haram that's why i liked this hotel
