Pathetic service. I didn't see any staff member apart from the receptionist. When I checked in, I asked for someone who could carry my bags. The receptionist said no one is in hotel right now. So he himself helped me in carrying the bags to the room. At night I requested for extra blanket. Trust me I waited for 1 hour and no one came to room to deliver me the blanket. Eventually I went down to reception and there I again waited for 10 minute. The receptionist at night duty excused and complaint the same issue that he is working alone.

Good experience overall environment is very healthy and refreshing. Rooms are well maintained and bus service is also good only problem being it drops a little far

Had a great time, my family advised me to book the same hotel every time, good place to park. And hotel is also very good. No negative comments to make.

Excellent environment, friendly and cooperative staff...... well maintained rooms spacially the family suites, bus service is an additional advantage for pilgrims, highly recommended
