Good hotel with reasonable prices. Offers service to disability and the best part is shuttle service being available 24x 7. The room is clean but compact. Washroom is not satisfactory as water keeps standing on the floor due to bad construction. There is no hanging space at all which is a draw back. The internet and parking here is available and free which is a big advantage.

Good hotel. Bus service was great. Available all the time. Receptionist at tower 3 are the worst to deal with. Totally unprofessional. All thanks to the front desk at tower 4 and his supervisor. Never stay at tower 3.

We stayed at tower 1 on floor 2 which was nasty, dirty and very unhygienic. After complaining alot we were shifted to floor 30 which was much better but not the best. Then after madinah we stayed again as we were already booked by the tour operator at floor 15 which was dirty too. The washrooms are dirty with the room carpet as if it hasn't been washed ever. Pathetic experience

Good hotel in Makkah.Best thing is Private parking is available if u are coming locally. Rates are good and justify the service provided. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Warm water was available in winters. Service desk is active 24*7. Hotel is little far from mosque but Shuttle service is working continously who will drop you close to Haram. Recommended if u r on a budget stay.
