The hotel was super close to haram and have big rooms, but the view was not good. Do not expect luxury, the furniture was OK. Rooms were clean and smell good, services were fine. Staff friendly and helpful. I booked my room with breakfast, the food was let down. Shopping and grocery store are just in the ground level of the hotel. I'll definitely come back again cause of the location and spacious rooms. I hope they change the food.

Very high prices with low quality hotel...no privacy the door has space at the bottom,walls are craked,beddings were not prepared properly,broken frodge cabinet,waterleakage from bathroom wall and kettle had stains and washroom phone was also dirty...though they charge too much for such low standard...i wouldn't recommend to anyone to waste money

Location is good (5 star) because close to Kaaba. Service and Food need to be improve (3star).
Similar place
