The lines are usually long because the food is good. They have a variety of dishes and they are consistently good. Their grilled spicy chicken and humus are two of my favorite items. Check it out next time you want a change from McD!

The management kinda gets messed up during rush hour. You order is taken at a single place but when picking it up, you're told to go to the right part of the counter by the tazaj dude on the left, then again told to go to the left part of the counter by the tazaj dude on the right during rush hour. Sometimes your order just ends up sitting behind the counter for an hour or more until their boss realizes something's wrong as the underlings often have limited visual perception. They even sometimes mess up the order count. I saw two people having the same order count of 83. Btw the order count isn't really meant to represent your turn. It's just random numbers; definitely lame. Also they won't mind serving you cold chicken once in a while if you're a regular and if you ask them to rewarm it, they'll just tell you it's impossible. They used to source fresh chicken, but now whosoever believes that is just ignorant as they now source the same growth hormone and antibiotic rich chicken as most of the world. It's a business humorously named Al Tazaj, not your trustworthy buddy.
