Horrible service. They have zero clue about the products and are only interested in applying makeup om themselves rather assisting customers. Very rude staff

The staff is busy gossiping and chatting while costumers are walking around with no guidance whatsoever! When I go straight to a certain brand booth I see two of the staff avoiding me and walking away in a corner to continue chatting. I have never seen such thing anywhere else. I truly felt disrespected. Do something about it or you’ll lose costumers.

Worst branch! The employees are really unprofessional always having chitchats around the customers, not helping them and literally just standing there doing nothing. After the prayer they take 30 minutes minimum to reopen the store and all the people are waiting by the door!! Really bad service there
