Terrible staff attitude. No signs to inform testers or signage informing not to open anything. You have to buy according to color on box. I opened a lip stain. A sales assistant grabbed it out of my hand flung it onto the counter. Refused to let me leave the shop. Asking me to pay or she will call the police. I said that I was prepared to talk to the police. I asked to check video footage. The said salesperson checked. When supervisor arrived I asked to record footage. I was told camera is not working. Supervisor apologised salesperson refused to apologize. I offered her the money so it's not deducted from her salary supervisor insisted I take product as a gift. I refused. I ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO SHOP AT SEPHORA JABEL OMAR until staff are properly trained and signage put in place

I feel sorry for the receptionist. She looks like she hates her life. Seriously though, even if she really is as depressed as she looks, she shouldn't make me feel guilty like I'm the reason behind it.

I’m not complaining about their products . They have pretty much good collection. But I found their sales girl/ makeup artist/ receptionist girls very very rude . I visited Sephora in 3 different countries previously and their behaviour and communication with their customers was outstanding and polite . But in there , they will not help you to match your shades , even they got irritated when i was swatching tester products . Wait, I’m a buyer and I’ll definitely test 2-3 products before buying 1 highend product . This is my consumer right. Sephora authority should give a look on their staffs .
