this is the hotel where we stayed in 2016 when we first performed Umrah. the location is quite close to the Grand Mosque, the cuisine is delicious and the facilities are very good
nice hotel and good facilities and nice hospitality, near ka'bah and nice view from hotel
I've stayed at Elaaf about 4 times, the carpets need changing, the rooms are fairly small. The food menu is Arabic style not majorly catering for others. The room service Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is brilliant. This would do better as a 4 Star rather than 5.
Very nice & walkable distance to Haram
I visited with my family, parents and 2 children. The rooms were small, with limited basic facilities (no iron, ironing bored, safe would not lock) the lighting was poor in the room and windows were dirty, with a construction site and building blocking any natural light. The hallways had a distinct smell of cigarettes (from other guests) and the carpets were dirty.
I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.
