It is the best hotel in Taif. Cleanliness is at its best.They are paying too much attention to greet their customer and fullfil their needs during the stay. Great Family Hotel to stay with total soundproof rooms. Hope they will continue to maintain the standard of hotel in up coming years.

Helpful and friendly staff specially Heba and her other colleague (didn’t catch her name) at the reception. They call you every now and then to make sure everything is going all right and to make sure you are getting the best possible customer service. Nice clean comfy well organized hotel. Highly recommended!

Brand new hotel in Taif city centre. Refreshingly diffirent and improvement on the other hotels. The rooms are clean and neat. The bed is extremely comfortable. It is quiet with carpeted passages. I would definitely return.
