Location is great but service is very bad. They canceled our booking at the last moment. We were on the road from Riyadh to Taif driving more then 6 hours when we received notification that they have canceled the booking. They have no English speaking reception staff as well so it was very difficult to get things sorted once we reached their. Then they charged extra tax to give us the same room whe had booked using booking.com and that too after a wait of around an hour. Moreover, housekeeping staff was also really bad. Didn't clean our room even though we asked them to.

Nice hotel apartments grate place to spend time with family ( swimming pool and play ground) and very close to tera and jury mall
