The cleanliness of the place is very good, the laundries are evident that they are new and in a renovation of the building in general and the price is reasonable. Unfortunately, however, the room follows where we lived in a leak of water in the ceiling in the bathroom and the entrance to the apartment. Maintenance must be done to the building to detect leakage sites and not to be misled by the customer.
