BEWARE do not send your children to this Sky Zone. We usually are regular customers here. However, our child is reluctant to go back due to an incident which took place there on 27th November whereby she was left trembling. She was harassed by a member of staff who orginates from the Philippines. We launched a formal complaint to Sky Zone management whereby NOTHING yet has been done. This happened a month and a half ago roughly and to our knowledge and we've had no written apology, no call of acknowledgement or any compensation issued. This is despicable and extremely negligent. We are highly disappointed. We entrusted them with our child. Never again. We're about to warn everyone about this place as we hope that this doesn't happen to another child.
