One of the good place to stay in Riyadh. They have a clean and fully furnished villas with other amenities. You can have privacy as well. Special thanks to sir Roman for his good service,to sir Ahmed for providing our needs and to chef Reda for his delicious fish .

One of the most amazing compounds that I’ve been ever in Riyadh. A private villa with a swimming pool for your privacy for you and your family, plus the big swimming pool beside the cafe. Nice location and very close to city centre and King Fahad Road (northern side). Don’t forget to mention Mr. Ahmad Haikal (Abu Adham) the manager and his great team such as Mr. Khalid Alzahrani, very polite and gentlemen. Highly recommended to deal with.

Good place. Villas have private pool and very spacious. Chef Reda Negm was cooking us up lots of good food while we stayed at the resort.

The Facility well cleaned, organized and good for kids. Villa Excellent for stay includes all family needs. The staff was friendly. Deserve 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The villa as design and structure is wonderful. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was very dirty and has a lot of insects. The villa was not cleaned very well. Some lights in the back yard were not working. Their Arabic coffee was not good at all, I don’t recommend it. Anyway, there is a bad staff there especially the egyptian guy. He called me to deny and argue with me regarding any negative issues I saw there after I left a comment on booking.
