There is not good place and bank both i was go there to get my card they waste my time almost 1 hour then after they told me there is card machine not working and the customer service first counter he was angry on me just because i ask him where is your another bank they have no respect to how talk with people and guide need to more improvement Then after that i was go another safra branch they also waste my time 1 hour then my token number was came then the saudi guy he said later go and he bring another one guy then said to him go counter what a rubbish service this bank i saw first time not good like that behaviour with consumer very bad service.....
