Store Location : ExtraStore Obaikan Mall Taif. I just try to buy an iPhone 11. But the sales representative told me that I need to buy the ExtraCare worth something about 600sr in order I can purchase the iPhone product I want. He told me also that is like the ExtraCare insurance is together with the iPhone product. So disgusting sales representative. To the admin of ExtraStores, hope they take actions.

I had Bad experience in this branch I selected a model for a new refrigerator and after 10 min with the sales agent who convinced me that this item was perfect and the offer on it was marvellous I decided to buy it and when going to cashier he said this price is only for online orders So I went to order it online where I found it had a 250 SAR gift Sparkey's card And while finishing purchasing the app refused to complete the process as the gift is out of stock! I got mad and went to the customer service in the branch complaining that the item I want is on stock either in this branch or online but I couldn't buy it in either way He smiled and said I have nothing to do !! I left the branch and went to a local dealer purchased another model with the same price Really bad 👎 experience
