They don't accept insurance cards, doctors fee and other medicine are very expensive. Its the only best hospital with all equipment in Rabigh

Today I was here, my brother has broken nose and this Saudi guy on the reception without asking what is the issue he asked me to go another hospital. Also nobody knew that the ENT doctor is on vacation from today for 45days. Other doctors didn't have any idea for such emergency cases. Please treat non-arabs like humans, just because we don't speak Arabic that doesn't mean we are not humans and we don't have some emergency situations.

On my observation its a Government hospital but some of the insurance policy are not matching with remaining Government Hospital Staff are good.
