Golden Tulip Hail

Good points: Comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff. Not-so-good points: Fridge, TV did not work, neither did kettle until we moved it to a different power point at the other end of the room. The bath (which was specifically requested) was not connect to an overflow, so it flooded the room when I got in! There were no coffee sachets, 1 tea bag and a million packs of sugar. Breakfast was satisfactory. Summary: If you just need a place to crash, fine... otherwise the hotel falls short in many basic ways.

Great internet for starters. Don't forget to ask for your room preference. Non smoking in my case...

Quite pricey for a 3 star. Neat but the rooms have yellow bulbs all through

The rooms were dirty, bedding sheets were not cleaned. There are some dirt and food on the floor. There is a toothpick thrown on the floor in addition to the very bad smell like sweat and cigarettes. I had to change up to 5 rooms and they were all dirty, eventually i cancelled. I strongly do not recommend this hotel and absolutely it’s not worth to be classified as 4 stars. There are other hotels with a 3 stars rating but much cleaner.

This hotel has lot of potential. Can improve further.
