It is a private mobile company office. Very generous and polite staff but only interested in selling new connection, and least bothered about resolving the issues of existing customers

The customer care guy was amazing, he speaks little English,he had to put me on a call with a family that understand English better for him to grasp my complaint. Though my complain is still not resolved.
