Staybridge Suites Al Khobar

I spent three nights in this wonderful hotel and I was very satisfied, warm place, it feels like you're in a home away from your home. I do appreciate all the efforts this team put, very great value that make a big difference. Very professional team and friendly. for the next visit, I will be choosing the same hotel .

I stayed here for one night, and I am sharing my experience with focus on issues that annoyed my stay there. The reception was humble, and I totally understand as the receptionist seems to be newly joined work. The room was way below expectations, the bathroom could be cleaner and the room felt like an over-used. My luggage took too long and couple of calls to arrive room. Telephone itself was broken and I called them by my mobile phone. TV not working. Scale was not working as well. Safe had a problem and I needed help as my laptop was locked there. Breakfast at room: amount was not satisfactory (although I do not eat too much). The breakfast was missing many items, I tried to call restaurant with no answer, I called reception and they promised to notify restaurant to contact me back but they did not. All in all, value to money was totally unsatisfying.

Our suit was extremely clean and spacious. I liked that there were kitchen utensils andba washing machine. There was a coffe / hot chocolate machine on the 3rd floor and a pool table. The lounge was really comfortable. The breakfast was great too. They allowed us to have a late checkout because we were out the whole day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing hotel, but the worst housekeeping. They don't clean the room unless I call them, and they come after 3 hours!

One of my favorite hotels. You really feel like home amazing interiors its clean,the staff are so helpful and welcoming. So recommended for families and couples ❤
