Good, Fast and reliable service all staff members are professional they serve you as professional better then Saudi Post, obviously team leader (Mr Iqbal) he is very nice, but there should be ticket system coz sometimes too much crowded, moreover they also have home delivery service (Probably next day) i can say this is best courier service provider in Hail as compare to other. (Quite Expensive but Best Service).
