After waiting for an hour in queue to get place to sit I ordered Pancake Banana it was a normal and the coffee was cold so they preheat it.. service are slow

The service is very slow and bad in Medina, and the staff are neither cheerful nor cooperative, unfortunately, and the place is full of garbage and the tables are dirty, and the hot coffee is cold.
