Please and please stay away from this hospital. If you are coming from the west and speak only English you will be very disappointed. I brought my mom to the ER this morning I showed her passport and Evisa they told us that we have to pay 100 SAR for admission after paid I have waited over 2 hours to see someone to speak to us I have waisted
all of my time and paid another unneccesory tests that my mother didn'tneed. There is no actual doctor you see all nurses will order your test and non of them speak English. I was very frustrated with this experience. There was a supervisor and doctor named mohamud he know little english and will not answer your questions or complain. They have patients stay in same rooms.
Very week service in the hospital. They took more than 3 hours just to take a simple of blood.
