Highly efficient and promptly active
Worked there for almost a year and a half. Initially thought I was blessed to work there. But didn't take long to realise that it is one of the worst places to work! Administration is hopeless.The so called E2 where your paperwork and stuff is done is a nightmare.No respect ,no compensation for the extra time and extra work you do...The list is endless. Moreover the tyrant administration works against their own government by twisting the saudiasation rule like appointing non Saudi technicians on specialists' post and paying them almost a doctor's salary,thereby deceiving their own people and depriving them of jobs.This policy has demoralised a lot of doctors who end up being paid sometimes less than a technician.This being a problem specially in Anaesthesia department.Anyway...Allah save MCC.
Finally would suggest a remedy...Kick out these people to make it a better place.Dr Osama, Al Najjar (medical director),Dr Abdul Qadeer(Anaesthesiologist),Dr,Ajaz(cardiology department),Mr Yasser E2. AND bring in more people like Dr.Rida,Dr Nizamuddin,Dr shihata,Dr Ali jely
Worst place to work, bad admin, no place to sit during working hours, low staff, high risk patient, inexperience cardiologist, regular change in policies, no extra money for extra hours, no place to lunch, no drinking water facility (buy your own), no dress changing area. low salary, 15 % deduction of salary......list is endless.
