Great hotel, excellent location. Reasonably priced, though we booked with a flight package. Busy due to large tour parties, no food amenities - due to safety restrictions on the area. So you have to travel some distance to get to resturants. However it is 2 minutes to the mosque so that makes up for the little inconveniences.

The service is good. Hotel looks great from the foyer/reception area but rooms are not that clean. Sheets and comforters have spots. Carpets and walls are stained dirty. Rooms are a decent size.

Staff are fantastic. Cleaners went well above pay grade and always were on top of cleaning. And everyone was so friendly, made madinah a whole lot more enjoyable

Location is really very ideal.... Rooms are not so big.... service quality not so good..... but 24h reception..... safe

Al-Eiman Al-Qibla Hotel is the three star hotel in Al-madena City. It's comfortable hotel, contains, bedrooms, bathrooms, website, internet connection and lobby in the ground floor.
