At face of Gate no 15, it’s hardly 1 min walk to reach from hotel entrance to this gate. Reception was extremely helpful. They are doing there best to make this place comfortable. Specially Mr. Abdul Rahman.( if I am not forgotten the name of that Gentleman ) 👍 Room was big. Equipment of room and washroom could be upgraded to make it no doubt a 5 star hotel. But still very neat and clean.

Nice hotel. Very close to Haram nabawi. Three minutes walk. Close to women's gate. Receptionist very helpful. Parking available for 40 rial the day, but very limited places, and not suitable for large cars. Clean rooms, but furniture needs update.

Very good hotel to stay with family. The staff is very helpful and they follow covid protocols to a good extent. Price to quality ratio is excellent.

Good staff, and hotel is not bad. I stayed in this hotel many time. All stay was excellent.

Fresh bakery products a must if you visit madina. The cakes and rusks are excellent
