I'm an Overseas Filipino Worker a year ago. My experience there was quite confusing in a way that they cannot trace where my money goes. Not intentionally drop to an account which I don't know it was already closed. My brother told me in the Philippines that the money was not yet received by the deposited bank. Meaning the transaction here at quickpay NCB failed and the money was still in Saudi Arabia. Very hard to identify their higher manager on how my money will return to me. It was the toughest time of my life bec I will go exit that time. From connecting to a call center agent until the dialog to the head manager was not an easy process. I don't know if they understand the situation or not. To make the story short. They return to me my money but there is already a corresponding charges. Very bad experience. So sad.

Most fabulous to transfer money in tabuk very helpful staff good response to customer and quick pay service is all over the Kingdom

Worst customer service . To open new accounts for more than 50 people there is only two guy working .
