The food is very good. the WiFi is good but it keep disconnecting. the cleaning services is poor. the infrastructure need some improvement.

Normal clean .... My friends room have some hair in the tub.. Parking is ok... No dedicated parking. Price is very higher than facilities. The amenities was very good. Staff behavior was very good. Lift was awful and old. Area is quite and good.. But Landry and supermarket in walking distance Didn't find good option at the time of our visit. Usually Tabuk hotels are unnecessary expensive

The facility was acceptable for a couple of nights. The front desk personnel we're courteous. The sidewalk leading to the hotel needed more frequent maintenance. Bird waste covered the sidewalk and was tracked into the hotel.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Noisy window type air condition !!.. No shelf luggage rack or luggage table. Old furnisher. Rate per night must be reviewed.
