The reception office is closed when I arrived. I called the number on Booking.com but the woman on the other line could not understand me. So I had to wait outside the office for about 30 minutes. Until a nice Arab guy who happens to be staying in the same hotel came, and I asked him to call the number, that's the only time a woman comes out from inside of the hotel to the reception office. Positive : Room 102 is quiet big for a solo traveller. Big hall with a large couch. Good location. Close to Park Mall and many restaurants. Negative : Bathroom too small. Bed infested with bugs. I had to sleep on the couch. Windows are not secured. No soap (only tiny vial of shampoo) and towel as opposed to that stipulated on the booking. Broken toilet seat.

Pathetic. I booked the room from Booking.com and when I reached the hotel. The receptionist is telling there isn't any room available. And he was very rude. Very unfortunate experience. I made reservation with another hotel..

Very bad welcome receptionist, room cleaning very dirty even while this situation of COVID they should be Foucs about that with sanitizer, etc. room Furntiure is very old in addition you always feel that there’s some small insects which force you rushing. All the bed have Hugh amount of dust which change the color of wood from brown to gray . Air condition are window with big noisy and without control to adjust the temperature. In addition to the Buddha without seat cover also when you take shower the water didn’t go the pipes, you will feel that you stand in the sea. Television didn’t work. No internal phone to dial reception or room service. I don’t recommend for any.

The hotel is good. It is more like a long term furnished apartment rather than a hotel. Has kitchen, washing machine. All a bit old but functional. Budget friendly.

Rooms were alright, but the air-conditioning noise was very high. I was not able to get a good nights sleep.
