Difficult to contact the office. I chose for home delivery but they don't deliver. What's the use of the options they sent in whatsapp anyway. POOR management, hope they will improve.

Very bad branch. They are not willing to work and their management at Riyadh or jeddah knew about that but no care from them, you know why? Because this is sharourah small city poor people they can not complain. By the end, they can not do any thing.

Service has improved a lot gradually. The office space and the customer waiting area has been renovated and looks much better. Friendly and helpful staff.
