This is airpot papel salpying on falor and not respect for pepol and all way when book falyet the delay and 12hours stay airpot i have very bed experience for soudi airline

The worst check in process yet, nearly 2 hours to check in and was kept standing for the entirety of this process, while they sorted out a overselling problem. Apparently the seats I paid £6500 for have also been sold to someone else, but because the other party checked in before me they were allocated the seats and I was put on waiting??? Finally sorted about 1 hour before take off, had to make a mad dash and luckily made it on board considering the million and 1 security checks by the super rude border control staff. Will not be considering Saudi Airlines any time soon or be recommending to anybody. Only use as a last resolve only if you must. Very bad customer service.
