I’m a customer of this car rental, last time I booked the car which I booked it before but this time using the application. When I dropped at the counter to get the car I was surprised that the car was not having similar feature ! No sun roof nor navigation !! Also, I didn’t get the expected 5% discount of using the application unless I pay online “that was not highlighted to me in the app as user” O thought the 5% will be applied to me as I utilize the app for this booking.

I made a booking for an H1 Van over a month ahead of time and got a call just 3 days before the rental starts that my booking will be cancelled due to lack of cars i.e. because the car has been rented to someone else and I need to go sort myself out. The lady talking to me made it clear that it's a done deal and she will cancel the booking making me feel that the call was to legally cover AlWefaq not more no less. Super disappointing.
