When I arrived in station in Jeddah Al Balad i experience bad customer service from the customer official and I am not arabic speaking so I find difficulties in reading for departure time I asked him he use so bad words NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER THIS WILL OBVIOUSLY DECREASE YOUR CUSTOMER I AM SURE.

If you are here for local bus service in Jeddah city, Rural area bus services not here and you will get the buses from near "Mahmal buiding" or just opposite of the "Masjid Yousuf Mohammad Naghi". Now local bus trip payments by the Smart Card, its cost of 5 riyal and you can recharge it later any amount, per trip 3.15 riyal (including VAT).
