Unorganized, lack customer care. They send you to the waiting area to (die).
Easy way to get rid of serving customers.
It is considered the lowest branch of Samba, I advise no one to visit this branch except when absolutely necessary
Customer service is very bad slow and you have to wait for two hours in average. cashiers waiting time is very long as well,
Their staff is good but they are not well trained.
Customer service is bad in the most of other brands, may be because they want people to count more on phone and online customer service!
Worse experience I have ever had in my life ,poor customer service , I really don’t recommend to anyone otherwise you will wait long time like (more than 2 hours-for nothing .
