My Experience based on the ER, Bad Service, Rude Staff, Unprofessional duties management Don't go there if it's emergency .By the way I am a health care practitioner and unfortunately the few times I've been there were all emergencies, may be 2 or 3 times in 5 years, and on each visit I found out that this EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT in this (Hospital) goes from bad to worse. Today 8 March 2021 I was there with my friend (patient) at 11.30 PM, My friend was on a wheelchair, assessed and vital signs were taken around 11.35 PM Then waited 1 hour in waiting area, till he lost his conscious, no one literly gave any attention, nurse said we had other cases, people came after us and were conscious and on there legs, and finally I got to the duty manager, Guess what, The nurses lost the assessment paper somewhere on the operation disk and didn't call us from the waiting area. The duty manager even didn't show any will to help, he came and found some people of his nationality and left us suffering. If anyone from this hospital's management would read this post, Patient name was Mohamed AlSayed, Entered on 8- March around 11.30 PM, on a wheelchair wearing dark blue shirt and I am his friend wearing a white shirt pushing him.

They need to work on hospitality + parking need heavy maintenance then you get a 5 star

This hospital is one of the best and all the staffs are very nice and polite even the security officers are very good..
