Good doctors but no one picks up the phone. Beware of the paid parking spots in the front. One guy from Mawqif guy is always there clamping tires for petty reasons.
Honesty the staff are not professional, starting from the security passing with the recipient, I don't know why they are behaving like they don't want to work, I hate to say this but I don't recommend this place to get medical attention, the only reason for me to come here is Dr. Abdul Sater, opthalmology
Good Doctors BUT..outdated facilities, outdated processes, pharmacy doesn't have most of the drugs prescribed & very bad patent service!
Good and best hospital as far as neatness and cleanliness are concerned, found the staff very helpful and good natured and best mannered.
I will not comment anything for the hospital.. But my car just got towed from infront of the hospital by the mawagif "parking" employees while am dropping off my family inside the hospital!! They didn't give me a time & chance to pay from the parking machine!! This is corruption... They did it fast so they can have 210SR from your pocket while we having a case in the hospital! ..... SO BECAREFUL FOR ANYONE WHO READ THIS & WHO WILL GO THERE!!
All I can say now is "حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل"...
