They have very good high end furniture which is obviously a bit expensive....i went there today since they have discounts....i liked a couple of items for my new home and was ready to buy....but unfortunately the service was awful...i wasn't offered assistance....walked around for about 30 min alone and had to go back and forth to the sales representative's work station every time i had a question....nevertheless i was serious to buy.....the total amount for the items i chose was high which required me to write a cheque which i couldn't do on the spot and also i needed to check if the space i have back home fits the items i chose.....but due to the sales representatives lack of cooperation and low sales skills and costumer understanding we didn't reach an agreement...( not regarding the price but regarding the payment method ) eventually i got frustrated and left the showroom ( hence the 2 star rating i gave ).....contact me if you are interested to sell....because i doubt i will be visiting after the negative impression i got today. Thank you,

If I can give less than one star, I would. A costly couch arrived eight months later, It arrived very late. Upon arrival, the couch was broken and can't be fixed. No reply from management at all. The worst customer service. I advise you to save your money and shop somewhere else. After the sofa arrived 8 months late. It reached a fraction from below, beyond repair. We contacted the company and they did not respond Unfortunately, for those who filed a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce, they said it was supposed to not receive the sofa, of course we saw the break and we spoke to them after its arrival along. The worker from the shop JA said he is broken and what is good. But after that we did not hear from them. The worst customer service. Tip: Look elsewhere at this price.
