This is a reasonably priced hotel. The amenities are amazing and includes bikes, laundry, free Arabic coffee and a business center. The Saudi staff is professional and pleasant. However, there was an Egyptian receptionist who was rude and difficult. The South Asians do not speak Arabic nor English. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I have to say that I was expecting better service ... The toilet had no hand towels and when I tried to call the house keeping no one answered .. then I called the reception and he told me all hand towels are at the laundry today and they can't provide! The room was booked for 2 guests but the room was prepared for one guest (one tooth brush .. one slipper....) The toilet was not clean enough ... I found hair from previous guests inside the shower .. you can feel it is not so clean... when I asked the service staff he said this is what we can do!! The breakfast was fair even it should be better

The hotel is good. The staff were really nice they offered me a coffe while I waited for a room to be available. Receptionists are really nice specially Ibrahim & Mohammed Fouad

The place is clean, easy to approch..Worth mentioning is the friendly cooperative staff.

The service is very bad most of the staff are not helpful . Also the response for any requests very slow and sometimes not available... Bad experience very poor management always check under beds and sofas you will see the dirts ...
