Not a hotel level, it’s more like apartment, Depressing carpet, Parking key only open when entering the parking, when you want to go out you’ve to wait till someone’s open for you. Service very slow when requesting anything.

Excellent location , staffs r very cordial, helpful particularly Mubarak,(3rd floor in charge) help me in various aspects. Moin also was always ready to serve. ,

Nice location, clean, space is cool, people are friendly, the problem, they were re-organizing the hotel, no food! And people were not available all the time as they were busy doing other stuff related to preparation!

One of the best 4 stars hotel I’ve stayed at. Bed is super comfortable, rooms are clean and cozy. Glad to selected it for my stay

Great place and facilities, underground private parking for guest, centric location, and great service. 100% recommend if you plan to stay in Jeddah.
