Last time I was at Toki was at least ten years ago and it was really good. Today I had exactly the same feeling that it was really good. Definitely the best Chinese restaurant in jeddah, food wise and atmosphere wise.

Luxury asian restaurant with nice atmosphere. Always busy needs reservation in advance. Service quality depends on the crowd. Not a big fan of their main courses except the wagyu beef but the appetizers and desserts are very good. Salmon sashimi and the duck are the best.

For a 5 star restaurant the service was unprofessional, chaotic and messy if I could I would rate it a -5. I had a very special event planned that night for 17 people. I went 1 day in advance and sat with the head waiter to organise the sitting arrangements as well as the menu. I made sure that nothing was left to chance. Yet, I was to be extremely disappointed. Waiters were mechanical and inhospitable. All 3 courses came with no coordination. Appetizers came separately and we had to wait for the items to come hence the food got cold. Waiters would serve guests without asking if they wanted what was being served instead they'd push through and dump the food. They were not courteous not attentive to our needs. Entrees had no serving spoons and I had to ask several times before things came. I had no single waiter responsible for my guests and I don't even know how the rest of the table was doing. I was so embarrassed

As usual great food and atmosphere is great and lovely friendly staff..but a little bit unattended and not attentive

Toki is one of the most prestigious Asian restaurants in Jeddah and definitely had been one of the finest experiences available. Everything about this place demands to be classified as fine dining: - location of the place - decorations - cutlery - presentation of food - quality of the food - unique dishes and specialties - and definitely the prices.
