Zero professionalism with regards to appointments, I was on the waiting list and nobody confirmed the appointment, then they sent different service than agreed so I had to reschedule for another day .. then they called right after telling me they are on their way ! I wasn’t home so I had to cancel 🤷🏻‍♂️

not recommended at ALL Late 38 minutes, they have ZERO care for COVID 19,I felt like they never cut a guy hair ( learning on us) I had to cancel beard shaving and facial because of my experience in haircutting. No cash change. ( I have called customer service immediately they said they will get back to me which they never did )
