I was not 100% satisfied as I asked for a relaxing massage and it almost felt like a deep tissue massage. My back was hurting for 3 days after my visit. For the price paid it was not as luxurious. I have had better experiences at other spas. The nail salon was on a totally separate floor so you had to gather all your things and go to another place where you do not get spa quality service and the relaxing atmosphere was completely interrupted. The manicurist cut my cuticles too far back so the skin around my nails start to peel back really badly. Very unprofessional job. When I go to a spa the main thing I am paying for is being pampered. That feeling was not achieved with this experience. :(

The best hairstylist ever Mrs. Mona demashgiah I knew Mona since 6 years and till now she’s the only one who really take care about my hair She have experience in hair more than 20 years Come visit and try her services and believe me you won’t regret ..

I have been few time at the beauty centre and the lovely Naima really took care of me. She is very professional and super clean and polite. I very recommend her. I felt amazing after the massage.

I'm used to come to the salon since it started 14 years ago, I had my hair cut and colored with Kawthar since the beginning, she has great attitude and perfect communication skills in addition to her excellent abilities to cut and color hair ( i had my hair at all lengths and all colors and It was always great) Pedicure service with Hanan is also great. Waxing and eyebrows with Rose cannot go wrong. Zourai is great salon to visit and their professional attitude and humbleness of staff made me loyal all these years.

Very Bad service. Very shady pricing. I had 20% off (supposedly) but somehow they said if i used it, my receipt will be higher than what it was originally. I would not recommend this place. They have vague pricing. I got different prices from the lady who answered the phone and the cashier at the salon. I suggest you go to somewhere more professional and caring about customer satisfaction.
